The
characteristic of art production
"I have tested this production with pleasure. I am the artist from Switzerland;
I have been engaged in painting more than forty years and faced with a lot of
pictorial production of the Western Europe, America, and Japan. I can tell that
I have never seen paints which are so right for the kind of my paintings by its
quality and effect.
They are clear, bright, without a smell and perfectly coats different surfaces -
canvas, paperboard, paper, wood, etc. There is no escape from estimating their
transparency and intensity. The combination of paints with different amount of
water gives set of color shades. These paints perfectly fit for my temperament,
my creative rhythm: they quickly dry that allows reflect precisely an emotional
state of the artist during the concrete moment of work on a picture.
The presented paints perfectly fit for creation of models of frescos, mosaic,
stained-glass window, theatrical sceneries. Their brightness, fast drying
ability, density of coating – all of these do them extremely useful to work.
Having tested this production, I with confidence can advise my colleagues to use
them..."

Paris.
His works can be found in many private collections and abroad.
Paints produced by firm "VAPA" have the saturated bright color, even covering
power. I used the open color not applying a palette and a primer; paints lie
down on a wax basis of a covering of my sculptures made from wood well. Also the
paint supplied by this company is a great basis for covering by gilt.
"Approving
paints supplied by SIC “VAPA” as a result of creative activity, I have come to
conclusion, that in the artworks they can be used as on the substrates under the
primary color, and also as scumbling material, used in last stage of work.
Ground for artworks supplied by this company as well as a varnish is quite
acceptable to create artworks and is worthy a high estimation by their quality..."

The primer covers well, quickly dries, and then it is washed off from brushes
and hands easily. Paints have remarkable covering power. If in the future I need
paints for a decorative covering of my sculpture I will use paints supplied by
“VAPA” with the great pleasure.

Arts, The Chelyabinsk regional picture gallery; private collections in Russia
and abroad.
Paints are easy, it is convenient to take them, leaving on etudes. They
create water color or gouache techniques well. The paints lie down on a wood
very well in comparison with oil paints, or gouache. It is very interesting to
work with these paints on a color paper.
Lotosh Robert

Graduated from Saint-.Petersburg Academy of Fine Arts.
Since 1985 - the Membership of the Union of Artists of Russia.
His works belong to the State Russian Museum, collections of modern art at the
Manège Central Exhibition Hall (St Petersburg), the Ministry of Culture of
Russia, the Union of Artists of Russia (Moscow).
I used these paints while working on a wood. Paints lie down very well;
perfectly interact with a material (wood), when dilute they give a pleasant
transparency. I, as the sculptor, do not have the great experience in working
with paints, but working with these materials I had no problems.
Guschin Alexander Kirillovich.
He was born in 1966, Leningrad.
1988 – Graduated from the Mukhina Art College, ceramics and glass department.
The painter, the graphic.
Since 1991 – Membership of Union of Artists of Russia
Since 2002 - IFA UNESCO.
1994 - The presidential grant-aided student.
Since 1995 - the artist of magazine "St.-Petersburg University ". He has taken
part in numerous Russian and foreign exhibitions.
His works can be found at the Manège Central Exhibition Hall (St Petersburg),
the Vologda picture gallery, assemblies of Poland, the USA, the Great Britain,
France, Germany, Italy, Israel, Sweden.
I had occasion to acquaint with foreign analogue of colorful materials
supplied by "VAPA"in 1995 in the action "Wall" (with G. Bogomolov,
A.Rumjantsevym, N.Everling, etc.). Conditions of the action for that moment
dictated the work with concrete (painting on a concrete wall). 10 years has
passed. It is significant the great and interesting creative range of domestic
colorful materials (SIC “VAPA”), good combination with a primer and, in my case,
with orgalite covering, miscibility and decorative plasticity of materials. It
would be desirable to see a little bit expanded range of cold colors. Working
with materials supplied by SIC "VAPA" has given to me the great creative
pleasure.

"These paints are strong and have good covering power. They have bright, but not
poisonous tempering color that advantageously identifies them from similar
paints of Chinese and English manufacture.
They are also good as glazing compositions.
It is necessary to work both on packing design, and on packing functional
convenience..."

Oil
bound water paint supplied by company "VAPA" approximates by its properties to
acryl and distemper simultaneously: when dry the pulling coating becomes covered
by a protective film, the color paint can be pulled from the transparent coating
up to the opaque one, quickly dries and keeps its intensity.
Work with relief pastes, plus a thin water color coat of paint is, certainly,
properties of acryl.
To obtain the dense coating is practical to use a priming paint with small
addition of color; it turns out to be similar to distemper.
Paint with great amount of water is possible to use as color filters and to coat
by them endlessly.
These filters, varying with each coating, remain in working condition for a long
time.
It is possible to use undiluted color, but it will be the great paint
consumption.
Color in the given palette is a concentrate which is necessary to work with: to
add a primer, diluting with water, mixing with pastes, etc.
This paint is mobile, plastic, various on a palette, quickly dries and has
intensive color.
The artist Anatoliy Druchilo (the member of the Union of Artists of
Russia)

1. The primer covering the basis (DVP) has proved as strong and scratch
resistance. It is possible to use it by way of paste-like position for further
use of the given texture. The important quality is that it does not crack.
2. Paints are very intensive. After drying they can’t be washed by water. The
water color underlay is possible. For paste-like covering they give effect
similar to distemper PVA. Good spreading capacity. It is possible to achieve
deep, dense and intensive spots, and also the thinnest transparency of light
shades in mixture with whiting. Quick drying paints. At transparency the
previous layers of paint do not rise, as a result give a soft velvety surface
which can’t be washed by water. Paints quickly dry on a palette. Brushes can be
washed well only by warm water with soap.
3. Varnish can be spread on a picturesque surface by brush and by the way of
dispersion. Thus there is an insignificant shine (like acryl varnish),
velvetiness disappears, and intensity of color and relief of texture amplifies.
4. P.S. When dry the primer a little bit tightens surface DVP (like oil bound
water paint). It is necessary to glue on the backside a thin paper or to use DVP
mounted on a stretcher for leveling the surface.
